Shipping policy

While we make sure to deliver the best, we do entertain returns in case of dissatisfaction with the material or product damage. In case you did not like the product, you can exchange the fabric within 7 days from the date of receipt (not applicable in case of fabrics measuring below 2mtrs). In this case, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. We will exchange the fabric, if we receive the order, within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Ideally, all our products undergo thorough quality checks before delivery; if you still find that the product is damaged, kindly send us pictures of the product within 48 hours from the order receipt. Once we confirm on order damage, we will send you a replacement or offer you a coupon code for the same amount. We will try our best that you don’t face an issue like this again!

When the below-mentioned points are not fulfilled, returns or exchanges are not possible.

  • The product will be delivered to your location by 5-6 days, it may differ depending on the location
  • The return request needs to be initiated within 48 hours from the date of delivery
  • Item(s) of the order should not be used or damaged.
  • If the product is customized on your request.
